Return Process

  Log into your Foxbox account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our technicians inspect the device, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
